When you get in touch

We collect the details you choose to share, such as your name, email, phone number, requested dates, guest count, and notes. We use these details to respond to your inquiry and help plan your visit.

Requests are stored in our private owner workspace. If you would like to ask about or correct the details you submitted, email Tim@SkadiGista.com.

Estimates and confirmations

The displayed direct-stay price includes cleaning and applicable lodging taxes. Optional add-ons are quoted separately. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at booking. The remaining 50% is due seven days before check-in, paid through a payment link. We do not automatically charge the remaining balance. For bookings made within seven days of arrival, full payment is due at booking. A stay is confirmed only after successful payment and reservation verification. Wedding inquiries are confirmed separately.

Stripe collects payment information on its secure checkout page. We store your stay details and payment status to manage the reservation. When test booking mode is displayed, no real money moves and no real dates are reserved.

Owner sign-in

The owner workspace uses a session stored in your browser tab to keep authorized administrators signed in. Sign out after using a shared device.
